Tutorial for new clients

1. Your first pass

You can buy your membership in two ways: by logging in on our website or by coming to the club and using the multimedia kiosk.

Online - via our website. You can access the website using any device.
Tip
Purchasing the membership online is extremely quick—the funds are transferred right away and you can go straight to the gym.
The multimedia kiosk is located in the entrance area of all Smart Gym clubs.

2. First visit

If you are coming to our club for the first time, you have to remember about a few things. First of all, you need a padlock to safely lock your locker. If you purchased your membership online, you will have to complete your registration using the multimedia kiosk by providing your biometric data. PLEASE NOTE: If you have a Benefit card, ask for a Smart Assistant to guide you through the gates.

Go to the kiosk and complete your registration. You will be asked to put your finger on the reader: it’s simple and it doesn’t hurt.
Tip
Your biometric data is secure—we do not scan the entire fingerprint; the program only reads the special points that will let you go through the gates.

Check what you'll find in the club

Power zone
A place for professionals that use really heavy weights in their training. Also ideal for powerlifters. The zone is equipped with top-quality stuff: a weightlifting platform, a powerlifting rack, and a professional bench for pressing.
Core zone
Training abs is not only about doing sit-ups. You need to take care of the entire core, meaning the deep muscles of the torso, the purpose of which is to stabilize the backbone. This is an important thing, so the zone is well-equipped. You can not only rip your abs here, but also develop deep muscles and strengthen your core.
Cross zone
Something for the really tough guys and girls. CrossFit is a real killer exercise program for the advanced. It combines strength, fitness, gymnastics... There’s tons of sweat, muscles are trembling, but the satisfaction is incredible! The zone allows for doing WODs (workouts of the day) thanks to a special CrossFit rack and other accessories, such as ropes, rings, and ergometers.
Functional zone
Functional training is based on movements that are similar to what we do in everyday life: reaching, lifting, walking up stairs, etc. It’s relatively intensive and the pace is quick. This will help you strengthen and shape your muscles, improve coordination, stamina, and suppleness, but your muscles will not develop excessively.
Free weights zone
The classics. Free weights include dumbbells of various weight (up to 50 kg!), barbells, squat racks, and benches. That’s all you need for full, advanced strength training.
Semi-free weights zone
This is halfway through between isotonic machines and free weights. The zone comprises strength machines that, unlike those from the isotonic zone, are loaded with plates. They can be freely added and removed, changing the weight. Exercising on these machines is also more like using free weights.
Isotonic machines zone
Here, you will find the basic machines for full body strength training. They are perfect for beginners, so before you move to free weights, spend some time here. They are also safe and (in spite of the complex name) really ease to use. When you have mastered the movements, you can move for example to the semi-free weights zone.
Women’s zone
As the name suggests, this a place only for the ladies. It has all that’s necessary for a basic workout. This is a separate zone offering women a little more privacy to train in peace. The zone offers a basic strength machine, a set of dumbbells and kettlebells, and lots of accessories.
Fitness room
Without group classes, a gym’s offer is never complete. Here (included in your membership, of course), you will find the best of them—they have been designed to be effective and fun. Yes, fun, because fitness should also mean good fun! Use them with no limitations.
The cardio zone
Treadmills, stationary bicycles, orbitreks, and other machines that will help you improve your condition and stamina, burn fat, or warm up before training. This is one of the fundamental zones, so we made sure it has lots of equipment. There are several dozen various machines here: you don’t have to stick to the treadmills.

We try and keep our facilities clean and comfortable for the users. Help us do it by changing your shoes before every training session.
Towel
Tip
Our machines are used by lots of people. Using a towel while exercising helps keep the equipment clean for the next person.

3. Activities

As a member, you can attend all of the classes at our clubs. There is no need to sign up, just come and train. It’s simple!

Find classes you like in the online schedule or look for something in the list of classes and visit the club.

4. What next?

Already a member? Great! However, please remember about a few things that will help you enjoy all the possibilities offered by your Smart Gym club.

Remember to extend the membership to keep continuity.
Tip
Setting up cyclical payments is a good idea—you don’t have to worry about extending your membership, the system will do it for you.
